To me, traveling to a new country is learning all about the people, culture, daily lifestyle, and history behind the place. It's about embarking on a journey of discovery and open-mindedness. It's to observe and appreciate.
Going to Vietnam, I've learned a lot about my heritage and my people. I've grown to appreciate my identity and I have a desire to learn more.
This temple at the Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang has always been one of my favorite places. Placed on top of a hill, this temple looks out to the vast ocean and is surrounded by the island's untouched nature. Due to the weather it was deserted; yet, the atmosphere was so warm.
