Bikini Bottom in Huntington Beach
Besides being known as Surf City, Huntington Beach is also the home to one of California's most famous Dog Beaches! No matter what day it is, dogs come here with their owners to play on the sand, splash around in the water and run freely! If y'all have a pup of your own, be sure to come down and treat both yourselves and your pups to a day at the beach!
This look is a very simple, laid-back outfit for a quick Sunday morning run to the beach. I'm wearing a cap and sunglasses to protect my skin and eyes from the sun's UV rays, a light nylon hoodie as a cover up, a cropped tank top (in place of a bikini top), jean shorts, and platform sandals. The graphics on my hoodie and sandals amp up what would be a simplistic look to something fun and playful!
Mina Kwon, the designer of the hoodie, is a Korean hip hop illustrator who has worked with artists like Pharrell, Big Bang, 2NE1, and more! She recently did an exclusive collaboration with Forever 21 and Nickelodeon for a Spongebob Squarepants limited-edition collection, adding an element of edginess to the comedic cartoon character.
